Bug 3 Small Language Issues

Bengali and Hindi show up as squares when someone doesn't know that language and another person speaks it, not sure if it's just an issue on my end.
Also, Filipino is spelled as "Flipino" in the audiobook selection in permits - likely the same when picking a secondary language (didn't test it myself). Should be Filipino but I don't speak the language so maybe it is spelled Flipino in its native language (couldn't find anything on it if so).

I think the squares issue might be on your end; not sure though. Will probably need to ask if others have that issue too.
