36TH VOLUNTEER METROPOLITAN CORPS

FOUNDED BY THE PROVISIONAL CONGRESS OF SECTOR 001 IN THE AFTERMATH OF THE SEVEN HOUR WAR, THE VOLUNTEER METROPOLITAN CORPS SERVES AS A TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT FOR CIVIL PROTECTION FUNCTIONARIES IN WAR TORN SECTORS

Recognised by the local Nomad striker legionnaires - the V.M.C. consists of legally sworn Constables, bound by Combine Imperial Code § Provincial Right To Life A. 141 (a) b (ii) 3 Unrest polity.

The V.M.C. is headed by its current Commander-in-Chief, Chester Kelvin, Chancellor of Berlin. These forces followed the Chancellor in the wake of his transfer to City 36, after the previous native administration was removed for attempting to create a private transhuman army to be used against Vienna in an attempt to conquer Europe.

Within City 36, the V.M.C. currently have full legal ability, as O.C.I.N. has restricted Berlin's privilege to access Civil Protection, thus requiring the implementation of its own private forces.

Think about it. The worlds already infertile, the Civil Authority is trusted with a lot of undemocratically elected power. Rebel infighting isn't a thing yet iirc but it can come about, it could happen.

All you need is the first post-sterilisation field pregnancy and you are all ready to rip off a 2006 film.

Also the Ark of Arts now exists from the movie in City-38 so at this point we might as well remake the entire movie on the server lmao
