theres this mod where you can play audio files on your computer or on youtube but that's hard to do. but make so your not allowed to have music after Friday, May 16, 2003, at 8:58 AM UTC-07:00. since that's the date and time that the black mesa incident happened. and lets make it so that if someone breaks that rule or just plays mingey audio they're given a warning, and the second time, its stripped forever or until they can be trusted

But Black Mesa in our lore is 2001 not only that but the 7 hour war happened in 2004
