You come across a letter, god knows where it came from...Instead of throwing it into the trash, you've decided to open it. Turns out, there's some text on it; it reads:
TO: ANYBODY!
FROM: LARRY LECKMAN
"To whom it may concern,
The industrial-district, or more accurately what's left of it, is hell. The rebellion have somehow managed to ally themselves with several Xenian creatures. Bandits are everywhere, there is little to no order around the camps. Most of my comrades have deserted, even the Police have! Please, if you are a loyalist, or somebody in the evacuated city, tell them what's in store! I've heard rumors of a expeditionary force marching towards City 24, though..I believe it to be false. But please, save what's left in Industrial 24!"
