The reason you were banned?: "Part of unlawful metagaming discord, Please appeal"
Why do you wish to be unbanned?: I'd wish to be unbanned as the main reason I was banned was for something I was unaware of.
Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?:
I will retort any possible accusations of metagame to the best of my ability, starting most recent to the least.
Before doing this though, I would like to state I had taken a break from gmod for about 2-3 months; And the last time I was on willard before recent was for about 30 minutes getting PKed (LOL!) after about a good couple of months of inactivity.
1. "I’d keep it, but hide it. It may prove useful in the future" (In reference to someone else mentioning they had stolen a PDA from someone) This, although could've been said in game, had no major affect or change to the state of his character as it wasn't suggesting where you could sell it or who to.
2. "@Ai you got high cooking right?" Similar to the first case, this could've been said IC but the person pinged never responded anyway nor did this ever relate to anything in the future.
3. "He showed it off earlier today... and gave a frag away" Now while this is possibly the most damning evidence of metagame, no name was stated of the vortigaunt just the armor he used (By someone else) which could be confused for any other. Nor was the location stated of where the incident occured.
I'd like to finish off this appeal with my closing point, as stated prior I had mentioned that I hadn't had played Willard in roughly 6 months time, give or take. And while on my time of playing those many months before I was in a group, The Bon Crime Family now known as the Bonavito Crime Family, where we have had a discord and an admin was invited; Given permission to the entire server and we were fine with operating as is. Now before joining I was unaware if an admin was in the server and quite frankly forgot that it mattered, Though shortly after joining I discovered Juicy was in the server. With prior experiences in tow, I had assumed this was enough to ensure Meta was kept out of the server and it was allowed under the Willard Networks Guidelines. I was incorrect with my assumption which leads us to where we stand now, And this is why I state I was unaware of the rules. If you're under the assumption I am lying to get out of a months ban on the Group part, you may ask Staff Member "Jinx" on my lack of playing (With the exception mentioned prior) and knowledge of the rule, as after the Admin's searched the server I immediently DMed them asking on the subject.
Were there any witnesses who can help in this appeal?: TheSniper, Mitchmitten, Juicy, AI, Anyone else in "The Uprising" discord.
