Good day dear Gamers and Roleplayers! Few will know me, even less people with have an idea what I come to offer.

As some of you know, Willard Networks is currently working Closely with the Taco 'n' Banana community to create a new server, set in the world of the Terminator films and games. This server is built in cooperation of both teams, and aims to create an experience that is new to Willard's people, and a welcome return to an old genre of Roleplay TnB had gone through in the past. Now, as development goes on, I come offering a little contest.

Knowing that Roleplayers like to write a bunch ( Me for example ), I thought it would be neat to bring up the idea of a story contest. In that I mean that both communities will have the chance to write up either Character stories or similar to A) Give people something they can work on, B) to give us as the team an idea what YOU might expect from the Genre and C) Get an idea how attractive the setting might be to newcomers and veterans to Terminator.

Now, what kind of story should you write you might ask, well all in all it is YOUR decision. The only thing I will do is give you some guidelines.

The year is 2018. Judgement day ( shortly known as J-Day ) happened on July 25 in 2004. So the story plays around 13 years after the disaster

As for the location where you story would play out in, it would be the State of Washington.

Wether you have Skynet be out in great numbers, or yet to fully arrive in force, is up to you. YOU write the story for that.

You can bring in some kind of groups if you like. Though one group would not appear in Washington at this point: TC. Or Techical Command / Tech-Comm

John Connor, humanities seemingly only hope to win the war against the machines, is but a rumor to you and anyone in Washington as he is situated in Los Angeles and busy coordinating Tech-Comm

Now, I don't want to bring up too many guidelines as I am eager to see what you write. I will just tell you this: The contest will also be held on TnB seperately, and in both communities the first 3 places will receive a prize in form of a Steam giftcard. Firstplace 25 €, second 10 € and third 5 €. Making it a total of 40 € per community.

You can send entries until the 28th of July until 6 am MEZ.

Looking forward to your contribution!

Post your stories in this thread please!

Adding another two weeks time. Got told people are working on some stories but need more time to formulate them. New Deadline is the 11th of August.
