Character's Summary
Born in 1987, Simo Veikko used to live a normal life in Finland, "Tampere", his routine was like many people at the time, usually either fishing in the cold seas with his family.
After the 7 Hour War, Simo was relocated to City Sixty-Two, currently containing a Citadel, a secure city which Veikko rejected by entering the Underground.
After years of hiding from the eye of the Combine Simo managed to sneak on a train directed in Europe at City 24 for a recon mission. His fake identity was found in no time therefore he had to find repair in the Outlands with a small resistance group, headed for their next mission.
