It's been a long time 24. I've been in the outlands, for a long time now... I'm back. And as you can see you are aware of it. I recently took out the outpost present in indigent to buy us some breathing room. No units nor citizens were harmed as a result. I ensured this.

The resistance does not hurt its people. In fact we try to look out for them. But when it comes down to it, we cannot look after everyone, that's why I'm back. To make sure we stay on this path of unification. I dare not say "fuck the combine" because there is no point, its a redundant statement. Words don't solve problems against an oppressor. Sometimes they do but... Action currently does more then just cause them to chase you. It hurts them. But without a plan for the future. We cannot hurt them effectively.

So tell me my friends, would you be willing to help us plan? Create a group to lead the resistances interests. A group not to politically lead. But lead through resource management, chain of command. And perhaps even planning. I look for those groups, willing to work with other competent resistance cells. We are so divided here in the city. With random terrorist bombings... These are not our way. This is not the way we do things or how we earn the citizens hearts and minds. Without the citizens, we are nothing. So come friends. Seek me out. Either by leaving a note in the drop. Or finding me in person.

I do not hide from my citizens. I have no reason to. You can find me by my feather's on my arms. I will always have them on display.
