Constant camera flicking, and scrambled data. Civil Protection forces of City 24 have finally started investigating the constant issues with the Indigent and Triumph street camera's. Finally, a clue has been found; tampering of an illegal nature. Who did this, for what purpose? It is unknown at this time. But one things for sure; it is professional in nature, and now /they/ are known. Time will tell what happens now.

Civil Protection teams and their leaders investigate and find that the malicious tampering done is more than just a one off or a fluke; this was done by at least one individual with proven knowledge into the inner workings of Combine technology. A terminal in the Nexus explodes during the investigation, destroying critical data about who is behind this incident, but a special data disk made out of Combine materials is recovered by a single RL. The investigation continues, but the threat level and scope of the individual or individuals behind these cyber attacks has increased.

// This is something I thought up after some late night thonking; this will be a continous mini-series involving citizens, rebels, and CP's. It will involve discovering and cracking clues laid out to culminating into finding out the location of the mysterious hacker. Some of these clues will be subtle, such as investigating a broken down Combine camera. Others will be more overt. All of it will be done on server or in admin box and ill try to involve as many of these 3 factions as I can. As more is revealed about the group behind these incidents, more will be posted on this document until the culmination of the mini-series. Either cause I burn out due to a lack of ideas or because /they/ are found. \\

// TL;DR find out IC \\

Light update, Phase One for the CP's has completed itself.

As for Phase One for rebels, they have been busy getting torn apart by OOC wildfires so I haven't had a chance to do anything intricate with them so im holding off for a bit.
