A Walk in the Dark
Cometh so quickly, the err of divinity.
Taking their belove'd and hate'd,
love and hate the scent of death you might, it comes ever the same.
Divinity rules, though, with not an iron fist-
nay, iron will.
Divinity is mistaken.

A blow to myne head cometh, knock me to the floor with righteous fury.
Eyes goneth dark with nay else to see
but a glow in said myst.
Legges like gel and bones liketh chalk,
these ever-mortal bodies wander t'wards the light
at the end of the long path. Glistening and glowing,
ever mist abrewing, glew the crystal that starteth it all.
Brethren and sisters, nay more than blisters,
sat at the base of the light. Dead, voided to all,
and nevermore to call-
wade through the bush and take upon your seat
in the dark of the Aethyrll's call.
Close your eyes in delight, brought to the void's light,
then draw ire on your desire. Feel not the float, but a bloat-
nay you fly but you fall to a Hell down below.
A dance with death, another I wish not abreadth-
though so delightful it was.
