Implemented Ability to eat raw food for certain factions

I'd like to ask for the ability to eat raw food and drink dirty water for factions composed mainly by Xenian/Alien creatures. It feels a little bit off to be an Alien Grunt who needs margarine, an oven and a kitchen knife to being able to eat the headcrab you just hunted down with your bare hands. The same goes with water, you are able to eat antlion meat with no consequences while humans can't due to its acid blood composition which could melt their organism but then you have to boil water carefully so you don't get sick when drinking it.

Factions such Grunts, Headcrabs and/or Vortigaunts should be able to consume non processed nourishment with no danger at all due to its physiognomy and organism. Otherwise you'd have to constantly rely on admins to ask for your food equivalent.
