Abraxas Logistic Groupe, LTD, is a City 58 based construction, logistics, research, and holdings company operating locally within Europe. Abraxas resides on the smaller side of interpolis corporations, usually taking the easiest, least risky contracts available, choosing to build a network of local, subsidiary companies across Central and Western Europe to facilitate steadier growth. The Groupe has been known for its participation in several key engineering and architectural projects across the Sector, collaborating with not just local administrations but with corporations such as Farmouth, Siemens, and O'Hair. Their rise in the Inter-Sector Stage as an up-and-coming player within inter-city business was consecrated with their winning of City 58's contract for repairing and redeveloping various dikes and levees within the city's agricultural districts, as well as the design of various new offices within City 18's bustling legislative sectors. Their growth however has not gone without its detractors. Several voices within the European Sectors have spoken out against the Groupe for everything from dubious work environments to downright bad business ethics.

The Groupe was founded in late-2018 seemingly out of the blue by a purported mystery man within the Hague's managerial bureaucracy. A figurehead, known by the name "Elliot K. Donahue", who's public perception reflects that of the company he presides over; a dark, cloak and dagger dismissal of traditional corporate flamboyancy, exchanging P.R. for profit.
It's common to go weeks at a time without hearing even a peep from the man and he rarely ever leaves his office suite-if at all. While it's known Donahue had been born some time in the seventies, the people who care enough to go deeper down the rathole of conspiracy simply aren't important enough to garner any real information on the man, and everyone who is important enough seem all-the-more-willing to look the other way when faced with any query.
With City 13 going dark as of this summer-and the closing of city borders across North-Western Europe, Abraxas Logistic Groupe sees it fit to finally expand into the soft underbelly of the Sector-10 Occupation; City 24, and more importantly its frontier Finance and Industrial daughter cities. Representatives have been sent southbound by either rail or air to establish footholds for the Groupe, the most notable of which being a "Léonce Fontaine Saint-Étienne", a loyal, yet reckless operator, who has selflessly served the A.L.G. since 2019. He, along with a contingent of company funds and a secretive agenda, have been given an express ticket to I-24, a sure test of loyalty.
The ever-more distant ghost Chairman of the board is flanked by ideological intrigue from a kingdom of shadows and the pounding-chest Shareholders rearing their heads at every contract or decision made. The only thing for certain is that the company's future is anyone's guess, tip-toed along a line of balanced books over an abyss of ruin.
