Article 1
(The Council)

The Council shall remain an independent body and shall not be absorbed under the Collaborators Party.

The Council shall serve as the main legislative body, after the City Administrator, the Vice Administrator, the Party, and Overwatch Security Forces, of the city.

The Council shall express its will on behalf of the common Collaborator.


Article 2
(Current members of the council)

All current members of the Council with tier-3 status and with active employment on Union establishments (Ministries, CWU, CMU, or CCA) shall be brought within the Collaborators Party as members and have their tier-status upgraded to TIER-4.

The Chairman has the right to reject any Councillor into the Collaborators Party but never all.

The previous paragraphs serve as a gratification for the service of the current councilors.


Article 3
(Future members of the council)

The Council shall have a maximum number of seats for its member capacity, despite of tier-status. This number shall be determined by the Chairman.

The faction representatives shall be kept untouched, despite of tier-status.


Article 4
(Ascencion from the council)

The CCA is entitled to hand-pick a number of councilors to occupy positions within the current administration.

The councilors are entitled to be picked by CCA to fulfill administrative or political duties within the current administration.

This right does not extend to councilors with a tier-status below 3 and not members of the Collaborators Party.

Kinda cringe.

Purpose of the Council is Loyalist / Citizen events, and a way for people to ascend into loyalism.

This just destroys the latter since your back to begging for T4 instead of trying to get it by joining council and rubbing elbows with other higher tier loyalists.

Perhaps a bit TOO obvious, but if you really want to go for this change (which you shouldnt according to Swagiles analysis)...

Would the Central Committee not be a better name for this kind of body at that point? Just a suggestion.

It would certainly shake up things but I see why it is considered gatekeeping.

I changed the policy that was blocking Tier-1 and tier-2 from entering the council.

Now there's this:

The Council shall have a maximum number of seats for its member capacity, despite of tier-status. This number shall be determined by the Chairman.

The faction representatives shall be kept untouched, despite of tier-status.

It will just set a number of councillors (Less or more - it's up to the chairman)

Nothing else gatekeeps. It's a free-pass for all councilors to get better conditions (they'll all vote no)

This article is acceptable.

Article 2:
I will be denying this article that Tier-4 and ascension into the party shouldn't be handed out so easily, it should come with actual reasoning for why someone obtains that position other than being part of the Security Council.

Article 3:
This is acceptable though the actual number of councilors will likely be from 15-30 Max.

Article 4:
This article is acceptable.

Final Verdict:
ACCEPTED - There will be some alterations and the complete denial of part Article 3 from this legislation.​
