Add a hard language limit

I can imagine this suggestion being fairly unpopular, however I believe it necessary.

I don’t believe it’s normal for real human beings to know every language ever conceived, and I don’t think it should be. Addition of this limit means speaking in another language is viable, and brings more rp rather than fear that said person next to you understands EVERYTHING and will report you because of this.

I strongly agree with this suggestion, not everyone is a super genius. I believe the limit should be three or two. With a char auth possibly may go up to four.

I mean it's difficult but not impossible.

I think we've all watched Xiaomanyc on YouTube at least once (that white guy who goes around surprising people with his vast knowledge of language variety).

A hard cap seems kinda silly but I also agree that most people shouldn't know every single language. Maybe the solution resides in making it harder to learn a language on the server. Maybe make it to where you can only read a language tape once per week instead of once per day, maybe longer?

Just apply for an auth.

It's not an everyday skill to learn like 6 languages.

While it helps the issue, it doesn't fix it. It just means those who've lasted longer know more languages.

Personally, I agree with this because it makes sense.
An alternative, if it were really needed, could be a self set limit of sorts. The limit and ability to learn more blocked by things like char auth or attributes.

We'll add a language limit of 3 (English, the one you picked on character creation, and an extra one), and if people want more they are free to make an auth application for it.

Moving to denied, had some further considerations and this would complicate stuff for other factions like OTA etc and considering it's a limit for the super niche not worth it
