Add Food & Ingredient items that are missing from the Ingredient/Food/Alcohol Barter Menu.

[Marshall]

Suggestion: Add the remaining missing items to the respective Food/Ingredient categories for purchase to the Barter menu.

Why?: Currently we have food and Ingredient items that are currently absent from purchase in the menu, whether this is by design and on purpose is unbeknownst to me. But Would make sense for the sake of consistency in the Barter menu and for future Recipes.

Additional Info: See below for just a few examples of items that are absent from the Ingredient/Food Categories.

There are many more, but I won't bore you with the finer details, although French-Fries need a model.
