White or yellow? it doesn't exactly matter, what matters is getting the hardhat.
I feel that the hardhat would provide an interesting use for workshift scenarios which makes it more appropriate than just having no hardhats at all.
as for the anti-civil use of it, I think it'd made things easier with protection than attempting to find a stronger/durable use of helmet, as for now, you could use a hardhat as your somewhat protection.
I feel there's an easy replacement for it in the bodygroup, just find the one that's used in lack.
Here's some replacement I believe would be appropriate.
Blue/green beanie (only one of them)
or
Military cap
Only one of these could be replaced with one hardhat.
Small note:
I just simply see the hardhat being in good use for many roleplay reasons as for protections. I don't see the trouble of doing it except just updating the Willard content for that hat.
