Potential ingredients being:

Wood Chippings
Cloth
Chemicals

Likely something like: 2x Wood Chippings, 2x Bottle of Chemicals.

It adds more usage to Chippings and Chemicals for those not interested in either wooden boxes or medicine, and lets people leave additional notes around for Environmental Storytelling without needing to buy it from stores or a vending machine, while still being very realistically do-able and maybe still a bit harder to accomplish, given the more specific junk sources of the two components.

It also lets people craft blunts and such, which is just fun.

Generally we do not allow items like paper to be added to crafting, these items must be brought from stores or the Workers union direct and cannot be crafted. This is a way if making sure some items purely come from the City economy and that rebels utilize the cities functions to avoid creating a isolated environment.
