Accepted Adding "Temporary Nickname F3's" to the F3 System.

As you know, we've had the Temporary F3 Real Name option in the server for a good long while now. It has greatly helped in certain occasions for me, allowing me to F3 certain people my real name without it being permanent in their 'F3 Recognition Database'.

What I'm suggesting is to do the same thing but for nicknames this time - In order to prevent that awkward moment of a character knowing your character's nickname even though you haven't met ICly in a month.

It gives players more potential for anonymity of their characters if they so wish - So people can freely give out their nicknames temporarily to other players and not be worried that certain characters will still know your nickname after weeks or even a month of no constant interaction.

Hard agree on this. The same logic for real names should apply to nicknames, where there should be no technical difference between the two.

PS. You can bypass all of this by the person your talking to just do /setnickname.

/setnickname doesn't show the nickname when they are speaking, it just shows their desc as if you don't know them

It'd be an easy fix to implement a sub-section category expanding to the right when you hover your mouse over one of the main caregories like the Project Zomboid UI system, granted the devs want to bother with UI work.
