Adding the mod Dynamic Weapon Reverb

This mod would make gunshots heard from distances a lot more realistic, or inside, really anywhere, I have sometimes heard gunshots from the slums, and shore they're cool to hear they don't give off that awesome echo, and this is actually a problem, because how loud the guns actually are, every gunshot sounds like it's right next to you, this mod actually gives it that distance sound that gunshots should actually have

yes exactly, I really miss some of the aspects we had in D47, that was one of the servers more higher ages, despite it literally being the server in it's infancy, I still think it was one of it's best moments

Code seems a bit of a mess, lots of looping code for no reason, making hundreds of calls and a few loops for EACH PLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a nice addon, but it is poorly optimized and the code is not something we want running on the server, too heavy performance wise.
