Apartments, while great and massively improved in C24 V4, could use a little more to actually motivate people to use them, and become more than just a passive RP space.
If each apartment came with a small container, people would have a reason to use them to store their items, and it also gives CP's a reason to actually do block searches on apartments for potential contraband. And it gives resistance players a reason to break in to apartments as well.
Each regular apartment would come with one small container, without a lock. This container can be used by everyone who lives in the apartment, since they have access to the apartment itself. It can not be moved, and won't count towards each individuals container limit. Essentially free storage, but at risk of being confiscated and being questioned if illegal.
Loyalist apartments could come with a medium container included. Again, this container would be immovable and won't count towards the container limit.
