Implemented Allow for Alcohol Extraction from Sake

I humbly suggest that the new C-8 Sake should be added to the alcoholic extraction tab within the medical section.


Given it's cheap value, I propose that only one alcohol (The Crafting item) should be extracted at a time, matching it to the artificial alcoholic counterparts.

I mean, giving it only "1 alcohol" because of a "cheap price" isn't really much of a fair point, considering how some stores (like The Den), sell normal alcohol for 10 credits, and artificial for 3 credits.

So having it be 2 alcohol, or at least also be able to give chemicals, would be nice.
