Implemented Allow OTA whitelist holders to edit their own height

OTA have height limits for each class, so give them a command to edit it at will, but only between the given limits set within their faction guide to avoid Attack of the 50ft OCS and some-such.

Minor QOL thing, but yes, heights are always an annoying and often overlooked thing simply due to them being such a farce to edit especially for those regularly switching kits

Having a command like /setheight "OWS/Special/EOW" would be good, sets you to 6 foot, 6'4 or 6'6 respectively

Since heights for OTA help to set that "ooo spooky" thing they use narratively, would be very nice to have
