Allow Playing Cards to be slipped into Cigarette Packages

I mean, it's not hard to see what I mean.. It's realistic and fit with RP.

It would open up a channel for people to cheat in Gambling RP, and then, they have to RP getting caught (if caught), and so on and so on. It opens up chances for RP.

Plus, I mean.. It's not hard to put a playing card in a box of cigarettes in real life.

It’d be cool if some cigarettes started having “trading cards” inside of them as a little IC collectible.

Correct. Cig packs and card decks have memory issues and these scale exponentially based on the number items which have ever been put inside said packs. They may eventually be removed in the future.
