SUGGESTION: Allow users to set voicemail against individuals they do not wish to be PM'd by rather than it being broad stroke of everyone being blocked from PMing.



Why: Not naming names, but sometimes the PM's are taken advantage of and I'd rather not warn the user if I can avoid it by simply ignoring them, it then prevents me getting spammed needlessly and they can still reach me via @ or /help if they have a genuine request.

Bit over the top I think to warrant the devs implement something that realistically doesn't really happen that often.

I think disciplinary action could be warned against the offender however, if it's being disruptive on purpose and continues upon being asked to stop.
