Her stance is straight and clear care and time put into the posture from a young age. Her brown hair is curly and well-kept but short. Only falling a bit past her ears, She seems to usually prefer to keep her hair in a bun behind her back. She often speaks in a friendly tone of voice, appearing almost always honest and collected. She seemingly never sounds like she's reading from a script, always speaking with passion and heart.

-PERSONALITY- Amélie seems a very caring and out-reaching person at a first glance, always trying to interact with people and offering to help if they are in need of it. She's friendly with almost everybody she meets. When she gets onto passionate topics she seemingly never speaks from a script or a written down speech, always speaking with nothing but heart and care. She seems to quite firmly keep her footing, not letting anybody push her around or compromise her beliefs for sake of own or others gain. She seemingly beliefs whole-heartedly in her ideals and beliefs, but still seems to be more then willing to take part in Civil Discourse and grow her views on things. She's often found giving clever remarks, being quite sarcastic or 'smug' at nature at things she finds 'funny'. But otherwise, she seems calm and collected if not always, no step or a word left uncalculated.

-BACKSTORY- Amélie Amsel had a wealthy upbringing with her father, French Industrial business man and her mother a nurse from a esteemed family of her own. She excelled in school, with the help of her fathers paid tutoring, she received private tutoring on the subjects as Math, and the French language upon other subjects throughout her primary school. A long with that she practiced an assortment of hobbies such as swimming and ballet. In her later teens and young adulthood she remained as an praised student, being accepted to Frankfurt's Medical School 'Goethe University.' Where she would study and eventually graduate with an doctorate in medicine. During her adulthood she would be employed at a Frankfurt City hospital as well signing onto global Red Cross missions. During the rise of the Union, Amélie was slow to integrate. Performing her Civil Duties as a Union Medical Volunteer with her previous employment within the German Healthcare system and doctorate. She was one of the first to be put to work under the Universal Union. She was distant of politics for quite some time during her time in City Thirty Six. And quietly rising up the ranks in the District Civil Medical Clinic. But much of it changed during the rising tensions between Union and the resisting populace, Amsel now a Clinic Head took part in the Civil Discourse. She established a party which quickly grew popular within the Union Medical staff, and Civil Workers Union, within her own district and others. But due to the inaction of the Civil Administration in City Thirty-Six, tensions soon boiled over as 'The City of Industry' collapsed into fighting. Curfew's were enacted on daily basis, Civil Protection dwindled by the week and the fighting only grew in density as Overwatch Transhuman Arm combated the Insurgents. During this time of martial law Amsel continued to provide medical aid and treat civilians in her Clinic. The battles worsened and the lines were blurred, no-one knew which district was in who's palm and with the collapsing administration Amsel was relocated to serve in other cities besides her objections, leaving her old-district Clinic vacant with no-staff or lead.
