While monitoring cognitive dissonance reports from the Overwatch A.I. I have noticed that there has been an increase in concern amongst Overwatch personnel regarding the instability of several city-sectors, and it escapes me how such information has leaked out to the general populace. If even the most basic units of the transhuman armament are aware of this, there is no doubt that the civil populace is aware of it. I have taken the liberty of contacting my counterpart of the Civil Stability Forces to suppress this information. I cannot remove from my mind your failure to contain this information. As a direct assistant to myself, you are as responsible for information security as any member of my staff.

I have shown great benevolence in allowing humanity to integrate itself into my staff, and I am aware that unlike myself, you are fallible. But this is a mistake beyond what I find myself able to condone. I expect an explanation.

Sir, I am shocked by this email, I have followed every security protocol required of me, I do not believe that I am directly at fault for this information leaking, I'm pretty sure it occurred down the chain somewhere. I don't know how this information got out, really.
