To the Esteemed Admins of City 24
As you will have now heard from my delegate I have decided to come out of retirement and am now looking forward to a Sector tour, spreading goodwill and the spirit of unification.
I understand that Mr Perret will not be to the taste of everyone, but I do hope you get along with him, I expect to hear only good things from him when we talk this evening, after all, City 24 used to be his city of residence!
You can sort everything concerning my tour out with him.
Regards, Chuck Goodman
P.S. I so do hope you enjoy the Soda I sent, it's not easy to get the whole collection. Make sure you pick it all up from the station
