Do you decide to read the paper out of curiousity?
The paper appears to have succumbed to the damage dealt by the puddle you had found it in, you realize that the paper was originally stuck up on the wall behind the puddle, you begin to ponder if you should still be worrying about this individual. Eventually, though, you drop the paper and watch it drift with the wind across the street, you go about your business, not paying any mind to it afterwards.
