In the aftermath of the Breen administration, the .:.C.:.M.:.B.:. entered what has internally come to be understood as a ‘Post-Breen Consensus’, a transitional period by the restructuring of the political, and eventual academic institutions throughout Sector 10. What is central to this transformation was the establishment of the idea of the Noetic State, which in praxis culminates a post-totalitarian configuration instituted under the leadership of Sector Administrator Augustine Erama, which formally supplanted the Wallace Breen regime as its successor under a new Benefactory Mandate. This perceived imaginative state sought to reorganize intellectual life through the application of ‘Applied Post-Dynamic Theory’ whose rationale adopts a strategy of a voluntary quiet subversive revolution through institutions rather than an overt unconsenting ideological enforcement, much akin to the pre-liberational Marxist academic scene. Unlike the propagandistic mechanisms characteristic of pre/mid-Breen 'academia', the contemporary Erama-era reform endeavours a struggle of an emphasis through an impressionable synthesis poised imperturbably in Metadynamist thought, cultivated through ‘collaborative youth’ engagement of genuine egotist inquiry of man-against-man, an approach in which rejected authoritarian imposition in favour of a post-structuralist libidinal materialism, developed explicitly to counter the perceived irrationality of the Kliener–Kojevean lambdian dialectic, in which in its own right completely disregards time’s chiasmatic nature. Applied Post-Dynamic Theory noticeably refrains from enforcing philosophy through strong-arm tactics as its fundamental character is as an emergent intellectual configuration which accommodates an ideological transformation to maturely arise organically within an academic structure for the broader objective of a reconstitution of Western European academic tradition. For a corporeal transformation to materialize, a model of state-subsidized education must be aligned alongside post-structuralist reforms under the theoretical foundations of Applied Post-Dynamic Theory, first synthesized during my exile in 2021, following my persecution, and eventual self-extradition during the Radjko Coup. During this period of isolation, I covertly collaborated with the Idealists-in-Exile, namely the remnant members of the Society of Dynamic Arts and Research to advance the concept of a semi-autonomous runaway state existing within the .:.C.:.M.:.B.:. administrative order rather than in opposition to it. A core tenant and premise of Applied Post-Dynamic Theory is the assertion that Doctor Wallace Breen’s totalitarian government represented the first and final failed attempt at human assimilation into the Combine Benefactory, contra Breen, the applied synthesis of Post-Dynamic Theory posits that the Combine, under appropriate ideological conditions, could facilitate a non-authoritarian administrative incumbency on Earth in collaboration with humanity. Although Breen remains a monumental figure in his own extraordinary right, and foundational to numerous ideological and quasi-religious movements during his time, his administration was demonstrably unsuccessful, widely unpopular among human populations for straightforward reasons.

The systemic elevated sphere of values through Christian-Lambdaian “ethical architecture” is posited within the Metadynamist world-view through the root of moral discourse, that morality is something that separates man from the impersonal concurrent of the World, and in which ennobles him within a falsified distinction. Morality and 'inhumanity' both share an inseparability as conjoined-twins grown of the same seed, as it is Man, in his highest capacities, nature still, bearing within himself its double-aspect of cruelty and ferocity for order that in a Post-dynamic world one can posit precisely that it is through Leonard Reiter, in what F. Augustine Erama and Land perceived, as a “systematic taming” with a purpose to practice in robbing Man of the Will to rise beyond himself. Morality in its enlightenment vesture appears as this tool of “systematic taming”, as a mode of soft tyranny, a knee placed upon the neck to where one who wears the medal of morality, knowingly or not, believes himself virtuous precisely when he is most subdued, yet it is Erama who states that morality itself revealed morality as irrelevant. It is our current epoch that this resonates truthfully, in which the single sigil of the C.:M.:B materializes itself as an accelerating organism, one in which contains no morality within, given through the simple reality that, just as we breathe through the lungs autonomously, so to do the Combine with a blind necessity without humanist valuations. It is through what our human species call “moral values” that the Combine overrides the order of these virtues from a spring far below, or perhaps even above the human, that being, the “inhuman engine” whose impulse is accelerated, contra the slow chains of moral reasoning. It is just the same as the Greeks once saw Eris, the goddess of chaotic impulse, where power through terror can be acknowledged in this “inhuman engine” as a true Will to Power. Nothing separates the contemporary world, that being the concurrent, more from the Old Moralist’s egalitarian dream than the recognition of total, utter indifference to the distinction between good and evil. It is the Combine, this simple sigil, in which completely dissolves morality through the fact that the World as we know it may no longer grant itself ethics based on morality, the fragile, now powerless hum of a bygone era. It is the colourful impasse imposed upon forces utterly indifferent to such distinctions that the post-dynamic world remains as the first to reveal a truth that the age of moral man passes with a quiet whimper of disillusion.
