Andre is a Doctor, and his code extends to all sapient beings. Slummer, Bandit, Alien, Rebel, Cop, Loyalist - it does not matter. If they can be saved, it is his duty. He theorizes about the possibility of curing Transhumans and Zombies of their parasitic afflictions as well, however that may be accomplished.
Carry the Fire
What will come will come - All he needs is with him in his heart. The world, the Empire, and it's people will bend for the LORD - not the other way around.
Murky Past
He has an inconspicuous story - a very convenient one. The man he may have once been is long dead, any records too insignificant to be looked over. But he must have been someone. Thus far however, he has skirted under attention, and would prefer to keep it that way.
