Steam Name: Ani
SteamID: STEAM_0:1:468510009

Name of the Admin you were warned by: Neonity
The reason you were warned?: 'Failure to properly roleplay your character being injured - running and jumping in the sewers at 8 HP'
Why do you wish to have the warning removed?:
Reasoning

The reasoning behind this warn does not make any logical sense as the expectation was for me, the player, to roleplay with myself and no one else around in the sewers. The expedition had just ended, I wished to continue on with my roleplay so I went through the sewers to the surface - then, once I got to where players were I began roleplay, stopping outside the slum housing block and prepping my character and doing some /mes for anyone within the vicinity. I was given to prompt, by the gamemaster or warning admin to painRP, others didn't even painRP during the event. The reasoning behind this warn does not seem fair as it has never been preached before, nor is it doing anything for the server's good. I did not avoid painRP - I still painRPed, just when players were around - as one should, it would not make much sense to roleplay with yourself.

I've been following the rules - ever since my last warning. I try my best to contribute as much as I can to the server, and community as a whole - I've written and continue to write lore for V4, I've gone ahead and applied for the creative team, I've roleplayed in factions, made documents. I tried, and I continue to try. I do not see why my chances at joining a faction should be downed for something I, a player was not made aware of. This warning wasn't something that was malicious to the community OR a player. It was me, running in the sewers - and choosing to painRP on the surface instead in the sewers (Where no other players were)

Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?:

Logs of me, PainRPing on my character - once I had gotten into the distance with other players

Logs - other players, from the expedition were OOC at the time, due to a mishap with an NLR death.

LOOC messages - show the players, talking, in confusion of the death. I then leave, begin doing painRP as I came to the surface - only to be warned.

Were there any witnesses who can help in this appeal?: (List the steam and/or character names of them or tag them)

I noticed that when you returned from your expedition, after talking to some people IC, you immediately took off sprinting through the sewers, jumping over several railings like it's nothing and generally doing parkour down there. It was so fast, in fact, that a GM had to chase after you to return to the forcefield so he could allow you to return items you may have taken from someone whose death was voided. Which is quite unrealistic for someone why just barely survived on the brink of death.

Just the day before, I had already verbally warned you to start roleplaying your injuries, because you refused to do it back then as well. This time I noticed you doing the same, by running and jumping around in the sewers while your HP was at 8.

That's why I gave you the warning. You only started actually roleplaying your injuries when you saw my LOOC message for someone else, and when other people were near. When alone, you acted like your character was not injured at all, which is not the way to go about it.

To top it off, I had received more reports about you not doing it as well, which is why I felt a warning was warranted.

To reiterate, running around the sewers at critically low HP, running and jumping etc, is still disregarding painRP. Your character does not suddenly start moving slow and with limited mobility only while other players are around, they do it all the time if they're injured. And this is not just about the /me's, it's about general movement as well. People saw you sprint away from the forcefield while you were ICly injured, and when they saw you again, you were finally roleplaying your injuries. Chronologically this makes little sense. It sets the precedent that, provided nobody can see you, you can act like you're not injured and parkour like no tomorrow, which is not something we wish to see.
