Implemented Anniversary Event Prop contents (i17 v3 Content)

A small suggestion as I propose to have the i7 v3 content props be available when the server switch to i17 v1 map. There are some contents in it that can benefit both rebel's and Combine's build. E.g: Sewer Door, shack buildings, doors, entrance props, immersion props, stairs.
Don't really expect this to go through but it is a harmless suggestion.
(This content is more of a temporary implementation and will exist until the duration of the Anniversary event is concluded)
