Accepted Appachi-Zoku Script-Storage Refund Request

Hi, there's no format to this so I'll write as is.
Above the tailoring workbench in the Appachi HQ, we had 4 suitcases filled with stuff we wanted to dismantle/use upon GM request. Of course, we were dependent on GMs for this so our progress was slow in clearing them out. We also had a wooden box upstairs but it was full of miscellaneous rubbish that I couldn't tell you about if I tried.
Supposedly, someone's done a script removal without warning us about it so we've lost it all. We've whether they were removed in RP or not and they 100% weren't.

In the suitcases, 3 were full of 4 ruined hazmat uniforms each (12 total) and the other one was filled with 32 plastic pieces (8x4).

You reckon we could get a refund of those hazmats at least? We were lookin' at restoring them ASAP.

Hi @Light!,
Could you provide me a rough time frame from when you last saw the Suits? It allows me to check the logs properly and find the exact containers and see what occurred.

Hi @Light,

After looking at the logs, I can see there was no reason for the suitcases to be broken, The culprit of the attack was a Houndeye, which had used it's AOE attack, which somehow, destroyed stuff within your base.

It was agreed that returning the suitcases with items lost is the most viable outcome.

Please make a ticket in-game when next available and someone will assist you in returning your items.

One point of recommendation however, is to if possible store them in larger containers as they shouldn't be destructible unlike the suitcases.
