Okay, now that I had some time to calm down, I can explain. I was *very* confused by Gabriel (I believe that was his name)'s shift, OOC. And IC too I guess, but the point is I was confused OOC, and I didn't want to ask him to clarify because I was thinking he was going to accuse me of trying to get extra rewards or something IC. I was freaking out, and actually having a panic attack but I just took it IC.

Hello. I've been summoned to take care of this particular appeal due to the circumstances surrounding it.

To put it simply, you've been noted and spoken to about your unserious RP standards quite a lot of times.
You have 4 bans (incl. this one) and 6 warnings.


This easily makes you a record-holder for the amount of warns and bans you've amassed.

Several of these are for the same thing, giving the staff team the impression that you do not respect warnings and continue this behaviour regardless. When someone disregards warnings to the extent that you have, they'll be banned.

In your appeal, you claim this was due to you having a panic attack outside of the game. I apologize if this was the case, as I've had panic attacks as well, although not recently. However, symptoms of panic attacks typically do not make you shitpost in LOOC in a video game. Panic attacks in my experience make you essentially shut down and fear for your life, for lack of a better word. Although everyone experiences these things differently, I can not rule based on subjective circumstances with no proof. I can only act on what is objectively visible in-game, outside circumstances notwithstanding. If you had a sincere panic attack, I can only suggest stepping back from Willard immediately when they happen.

I highly advise you take this time to study our ruleset and work on methods to control your unserious behaviour in both IC and LOOC. It is unfitting of a serious RP server and if you want to continue playing here, you would need to adapt. This sounds harsh, but this is the reality. Continuing in the way that you have been acting already will eventually just lead to a permanent ban.
