Name of the Admin you were banned by:soviet
How long is the ban for?:2 days
The reason you were banned?:
"Killed someone for nothing, generally being a nuisance. Come on man, just hold on."
Why do you wish to be unbanned?:When it came to the claim of a kill that was a missclick, it would've had no affect on RP as it could easily be considered OOC and seems incredibly harsh for a missclick. For the nuisance part I have 0 clue where that's coming from and the finaly statement is unneded
Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?: no

Were there any witnesses who can help in this appeal?:

today you did nothing but suicide over and over and over and over then decide to be a nuisance when told to stop, you did nothing but constantly shun the server in a bad light due to problems that had arisen and instead of contribute to assisting, you put a spanner in the works.

then I witness you just push someone off the tower and do nothing but stand there and watch, you didn't even bother to say 'misclick in looc' or anything so I don't know how I'm meant to believe you whatsoever, sorry mate, this sticks for me

I was messing around in spawn as I wished to become an observer, I was not there to RP at that current moment and with the intense problems at the time. Few were

I didn't shun the server I made jokes
" Tis I, John Lag"
"Hello is this the server store, i'd like 1 tick please"
"We're on par with every DarkRP sever"
Not one of these is insulting or flaming the server I was shitposting at the time there was nothing else for me to do
I killed 1 person by accident, an easily voidable 1 that had no affect

this is well beyond what you actually said even though this is some of what you did

and no that kill is well and truly the stopping point, no thanks

From my perspective you were solely there to annoy the players and especially the staff, who were attempting to deal with the critical situation. Additionally:
I killed 1 person by accident
My observation did not catch your alleged "accidentally using right-click to push someone 5 meters into the abyss from the spawn.". Therefore it appears that you are lying.

I also remember you leaving a "funny" remark when I was trying to stop you from continuing to suicide onto the beach. Instead of accepting that you've went too far, you continued.

At this point, I don't care if you are to be unbanned or not, though any future out-of-the line behavior should meet it's respective punishment, instead of the baby-treatment you received last time.

The decision shall be left upon the Moderators.

I think this ban is reasonably justified, you didn’t have any intentions to role-play and got banned in the process of messing around. I think the ban length is correct meaning you’ll miss the second part of the event however there are plenty more lead up events coming before the main server. So you’ll have plenty of opportunities to properly develop your character.

@Imperator RAD-X for a decision on this one.

Hello, Dragonbrother.

I was the individual that appeared to you with the Physgun during the moment you kept throwing your character off the cliff repeatedly. I discussed reasonably with you about your actions as they were ruining the fun for others (people had taken notice and began to get upset that someone kept throwing himself off the cliff) in which case I had arrived to speak to you. I had also apologised for the serverside issues as well. Now, during the course of the aftermath in which the server was rotated towards another host, I get that immersion in the RP may have been somewhat hit during that timescale or serverside-tick issues, but that doesn't justify the actions previously done.

It had been noticed that you and another character, Arthur Miller, were both committing the same falling deaths over and over, in which case I understood that the server lag wasn't helping player navigation which I had thought was the reason at the time. While Arthur had stopped and continued his RP despite the issues, you had continued even after individuals had stated for you to end the constant suicides.

I also saw in your character description a certain message:

"You did not want to make a character to play in part 1 and just wanted observer."

Fine by me
... but only part one was being ran on that day and we made that very clear. That is the worst case of communicating this to us, so I definitely advise not to commence that in the future. If you want something, you need to ask for it properly and without causing a bit of mischief. Now when it came to the ban, my perceiving point of view was not able to detect and identify what happened as my running of the event was well underway at this point. My point of view is heavily relied on the eyes and ears of the GMs if I am busy keeping both:

A): The event in flow.
B): Keeping the players entertainment strong and thorough.

Besides the point, even with the intense problems, everyone else was roleplaying regardless of tick rate and I couldn't have been happier and that was well and truly around 20+ people. All except you were doing something productive even with server connections acting as if it were hosted from North Korean internet. So saying you had "nothing to do" is a minus-excuse. The rest, I understand. Then I got various reports from eye witnesses, including three other GMs, that you had shoved people off the edge and believe me, one of them being soviet has been watching you like the NKVD / KGB hawk lad he is when it comes to keeping tabs on player behaviour and activity.

Ultimately I will wait for @Bling being your stated witness to assist in putting some backup into the appeal. While you pushing them could have been an accident - your previous actions on the server don't seem to justify that. This case will be extended in order to come to a rightful conclusion.

Me, Dragon Brother and Pineapple were in a discord voice chat at the time of the pushing, judging by his reaction at the time of the push it was most likely an accident.

As for the suiciding, Dragon Brother did it generally because he was waiting to be assisted and did not really understand what was going on, he had spent around an hour and a half trying to get onto the server prior to actually arriving.

The comments in OOC that he made were in good taste and, although it is claimed that they were spiteful in nature, from my understanding everything he said in chat was jokey and clearly not meant to be an insult towards the staff or server as a whole.

While I do feel like the banning from the night's event was justified due to his repeat offences, and the overall stress level due to the server issues, I also feel like the benefit of the doubt should be given to him for tonight's event because of the following reasons:

a. Due to the issues connecting he was not in a good state of mind
b. he is playing as one of the soldiers and so is important in terms of the event
c. He did not push the player from the cliff intentionally.
