EDIT: @Fedora has been promoted to Nominal to help speed up trainings before the event ends.

The requirements for deserting/going rogue as an Arteria Recruit has been more or less decided.

Volunteers will require a valid or good IC reason as to why they want to desert. Volunteering and then generically deciding you don't like this will not be valid. Among them are reasons like being at risk or have been charged with a Violation that might or will result in either Penal re-assignment and/or re-assignment to Civil Protection for Terminal Prosecution or Relocation to Labour Camps.

The general point is that it must make sense from an IC perspective.

For Penals, it will be much more lax as they are already forced into Conscription due to their present Red-Tier Violations. And they are already scrutinized upon and at risk of being transferred to Civil Protection at the slightest screw-up.

All desertion attempts must adhere to the 4+ CP rule. (See Section-11: CRIME of Rules and Guidelines)

Do note that forcefields set on GRANTED, are specially set IN-CHARACTER to allow only Arteria Field-Command Staff (Vexillum, Commissar, Nominals) and Overwatch Factions to be allowed through as they have special settings applied to their datafiles, the forcefield does not allow recruits and penals unless Field-Command or Civil Protection authorize them IN-CHARACTER. There are also cameras at each entrance, so Dispatch WILL be alerted at each desertion attempt.

(They are also set on that to allow any Loyalist Spawning in Loyalist Housing to leave the area upon spawning as requested by Atle.)

The DMR 2 taps... He could take not only all of our armor in a single shoot but also 1/3 of our hp with an insane 81 dmg per body shoot. The weapon he was using is literally the strongest weapon on the server aswell as the recoil of the firearm being almost the same as an AR2 (AR2 don't have recoil)
