Dear fellow colleagues, I sincerely apologise for my absence during the meeting. The city of Geneva will cast all votes in favour of all legislations proposed.

THE COALITION ACT & IT'S MERGED ENACTMENT OF EMERGENCY POWERS ACT ​

There is but one concern that I personally wish to put forward. This act is necessary, that is something we can all agree on. However, I strongly advise that the position of Supreme Commander should, by all means necessary, be carried and upheld by a sectorial ranking individual. It is not wise to allocate such a position to any fellow City Administrator nor any City Overseer. The position of Supreme Commander should be carried out and upheld by a sectorial individual to uphold the equal positions of fellow colleagues and others to minimize the potential division of positions between ourselves.

With that being said, I once again state that City Twenty-Four will cast all its votes in favour of all legislation.

In regards to my personal legislation named The Vengeance Act, it is understandable that it is not to be allocated for in a sectorial manner. It will be established and upheld in City Twenty-Four in close collaboration with the City Overseers as of now, though with a strong recommendation that fellow City Administrators follow suit. If this is not a possibility or not recommended by our beloved sector then please reach out.

I hope that all is well with my fellow colleagues and that their travel went without trouble.

- The Coalition Act+Emergency Powers Act - PASSED WITH NEUTRAL SUPREME COMMANDER

The implementation process of your act (Chapter I) is likely to involve the merging of specific elements of your act with the Fortress Act.
