Personally, the reason why I'm talking about this is again, originality, I much rather have a fat cigar-smoking drunkard of CA that's a puppet of their own cabinet than your generic, evil moustache fascist CA that rules with an iron fist. Not only that but the word count. it's just silly how apps with 250 words are chosen over ones with 2500+

This is turning into a drama post.

We will review who got in shortly review all apps again one by one. I will also be speaking to @Uranio about the questionable results. So will try to get it sorted rather than let this devolve into drama 101.

I've picked the Candidates through my way of working, there will be many many more events. It's not like we don't do them anyway?
I could understand being frustrated if we were up to do one event every three months.

But we are doing events every day, and this is not even a huge one from my point of view. It's a Preamble.

Robusted also explained to me very well what he is looking to do with his City, and I'm giving him a chance, like anyone else who applied.

There’s no preference for the staff. In fact, I don’t want any. And both me and Atle never wanted to have Staffers in this Event.
The Staffers being taken are still calculated as normal players, and they don't have any sort of advantage because of a TAG on their forum.

There will be more events in the incoming weeks, where I will be more "Serious" over the Applications.

Hello.

We spent a bit of time talking and it seems the decision has been made to keep the current results, HOWEVER, for those of you who did not manage to get in despite your applications, you may still be able to participate in the event. After speaking with Uranio, it has come to our attention that he does not plan to leave you out entirely, but instead there will be secretary/vice positions created which allows you to take part in the meeting in full without missing out on anything of the event.

For those who were accepted as CA's good luck to you. For those who haven't got in yet, please be patient as the Secretary and Vice positions of the event are sorted out. Some of you may understandably be upset still, but we are trusting the event teams judgement here. The event manager DeNuke has also spoken to Uranio and has accepted the current results as they are.

Thank you and we hope you understand the decision we have made on this matter.

You must get on the server prior to the event to setup your characters (anytime in the next 40 or so hours practically). If you are on the server while either a Community Manager or a Senior Administrator is online then they will give you everything that you need to setup your characters. Do not arrive on the event hour without having your character previously setup as that will likely cause serious administrative issues.

Additionally, I will be taking over the Auspicus Preamble as @Uranio is feeling unwell at the moment. He will still be managing future chapters of this event and will still be attending this chapter of the event as a character but not to manage it. Specific CA's may still be given particular agendas and they will be likely handed out via the forum PM's prior to the event proper.
