Why do you wish to be unbanned?: I think this is just a misunderstanding. Yes I had a WW2 profile picture with a german soldier but that does not make me a nazi, I just like history and that's all. I was not warned before to change my profile picture and I got instantly banned from the main WL Discord server. When I joined the Garry's Mod server I played for a bit and went AFK, when I came back I got banned from the Gmod server too and the CWU discord. I want to say that after I got banned from the main WL Discord server I changed my profile picture and I even contacted one of the staff members so we could discuss this out, they ignored me. I don't think I deserve this kind of punishment just because of a profile picture, the staff member in question could politely ask if I could change the profile picture not to instantly ban me. If I somehow offended anybody I am sorry, it won't happen again. I just want to play a game not to have political debates.

The community of Willard is a melting pot of many individuals of different backgrounds that fit into a variety of categories.

You were banned because we had sufficient evidence to conclude that you're associated with Neo-Nazi ideology. We came to this conclusion based on the following evidence:

1. Your Discord Profile Picture.

Your discord profile picture prominently displays the cover art for Romanian Volunteers of the Waffen-SS by Richard Landwehr. Landwehr's work is often quoted by neo-Nazi websites and he is routinely defended by them, and charges have arose in german court as a result of material published in his books.


2. When somebody reacted positively to staff noticing you had a nazi profile picture, you responded
We're not stupid and know what this means.

This was already enough proof for us, but in discussing your appeal we found further evidence you're a neo-nazi or neo-nazi sympathiser

3. Your steam groups include a nazi roleplay group.



There is a discernible line between an academic interest in history and the public display of an image related to Neo-Nazism, the use of provocative white supremacist symbolism such as '14/88', and participation in Nazi roleplay. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of hate, bigotry, or discrimination.

With these considerations in mind, your appeal to revoke the ban has been denied.
