The reason you were banned?: Exceeding warnings
Why do you wish to be unbanned?: Well last warning I was given was kind of...I'll be say, unreasonable. Admin did not even consult to me the whole ordeal what occured, instead they just straight-up jumped to slapping in a warning and proceeding to ban me right after, which, honestly, wasn't very nice of them.
Sure, I did base off a free things off TF2 Heavy, like speech mannerisms, some appearance things and nickname, but there is a distinct off a character being a reference and a straight-up copy. For instance, Heavy is...well, fat. Not bulky. There is a clear difference between these two. Second of all, he's 6'5, not 6'2. So how Admins can have the right to jump straight into conclusions instead of asking user about the ordeal, and THEN banning upon deciding on a judgement? It's like banning someone because they use the nickname Freeman as a rebel, because they deem themself a man free of law and such nickname just so happens to be canonically taken by Gordon. Additionally, Heavy is canonically anti-communist, while my character was a communist. So yeah, I would like to dispute this ordeal.
No matter the outcome though, I would gladly want to appeal for an un-ban.
