The reason you were banned?: DCing to avoid dying to NPC. No intention to rp and minging
Why do you wish to be unbanned?:
First off, I would like to say I am sorry for DCing to avoid dying. I did absolutely do that. The barnacles in the sewers are absolute fucking cancer, admins placing them around corners that we cant see to kill us. However stupid the decision to put barnacles in places to kill players en-mass is, I still Alt+F4ed to avoid being killed. I am sorry.
What bothers me is that in the ban, I was accused of No intention of roleplay, and minging.
Lets start off with NITRP
Really? So I put hours and hours into this gamemode, to apply for whitelists such as Civil Protection and play as CP, dedicating hours just to read the guides and understand the protocol to follow ICly as my character KING-8, and I am currently working my butt off taking hours out of my day of my 40 hour work week to perfect a Vortigaunt application, type long /me's of my character development every day, and yet for some reason I am accused of NO INTENTION OF ROLEPLAY. Not only is that an insult, seeing as I have done higher quality roleplay than the majority of players on this server, but it is just a lie to say I have NITRP.
Second, minging. I have gotten ONE warning in my entire playtime here, and that was for drawing STICK FIGURES crudely drawn doing copulation to make some extra credits so I could buy food and feed myself since there is never work shifts when I am on in American time. The warning was absolutely unneeded, but I accepted it and did not complain because I respect the servers administration, and their feelings toward my IC stick figure drawings. However, I expect the administration to respect me as well if I do the same for them. Calling me a minge, when I have never minged once is just a lie, and disrespectful to the time I put here.

I accept a punishment for me leaving the server to avoid being killed by the barnacle (fuck that game design by the way. In no way is the barnacle placement rewarding or enjoyable. But thats for another thread)
But I will not accept a week long ban for things I did NOT do.

I will admit, that the NITRP part was based on-ear. However, the mining part and DC to avoid dying to an NPC part at one hundred percent factual.

Let's start off with the D/C to avoid NPC death. You already know that you were in the wrong there, which is the main reason for the ban here. DC/ing to avoid dying to an NPC, whether you feel like it was cheated or not isn't alright. I don't need to drill that part into you.

Secondly, your initial warning was for a situation involving you deciding to cover a floor in tampons. As well as several weird comments. In this case, the second part of your ban was for several things of erotic nature.

These are just a few examples of the growing list of erotic things you've said. All of which I took into account when making this ban. I could understand if it was limited to one character with these strange quotes being thrown around, but almost all of your characters (excluding your unit) have continued to say strange things like this. Despite being warned for doing stuff like this in the first place.

EDIT: Forgot to mention it seems the NITRP part was incorrect. I will remove this off your ban reason.

Where have I minged, at all?
I have done hundreds of /me's and you single out a total of three that make you uncomfortable because .... ???
First off, You accuse me of throwing tampons all over the floor. I never did that. I lied ICly and said that to keep someone from entering my apartment after a RP situation (That you decide to not show) of me attempting to push a workshift out of my apartment block so I can have a pet Chumtoad. It was a great RP situation and everyone that was involved with it enjoyed it. I mention tampons in that incident to keep out a group of citizens and a Vort trying to break into my apartment and take my pet that was in there.

I swear in game, yeah. I am sorry I make you uncomfortable with the way I roleplay, but I am in no way fucking minging dude. Compared to Ron Goodfella's character I am tame as hell.
 
The problem I have with this ban is that you took something that is not true into account in it (NITRP and Minging)

I come here on this server to have fun and dedicate hours into character development. I have never once caused people to question my ability to roleplay seriously. Do I fun in character? Hell yeah, I will continue to. But in every single one of my /me's there is a reason behind it, a way to enhance my characters story and have fun with it.

My hours and hours writing applications are not to minge, they are create store arcs everyone can enjoy.

I'll gladly accept a short ban for the DCing to avoid being killed by that stupid ass barnacle, but this long ban for accusastions of mingery is not only wrong, but insulting to the time I put into this server.

I will continue to have fun and roleplay great situations everyone can enjoy regardless of what you say about my crudeness in game.

I only recall being witness to your DCing with the Barnicles so, if you don't feel as though there being a threat to your character in an already established dangerous area with multiple warnings at every entry point is reasonable then you should avoid that area entirely. We made a mistake in calling you a minge etc, it was a mistake on our part. However I don't think the attitude you have entered into this appeal with is going to do you a lot of good.

Sex and sexual RP of any kind is against the rules, it's stated very clearly. If you had read them you would know this.

I understand. No matter how stupid and unbalanced admins placing barnacles in the sewers is, I should not have DCed, I admit I was in the wrong there.

I'm frustrated, yes, but I do not mean to come off as an asshole. I put a lot of time into playing here and when I expect respect to be shared both ways between admins and the userbase, so when I got called a minge/NITRP for my IC crudeness it rubbed me the wrong way.

And I totally agree. Any ERPer should be perma banned on sight, as no one wants to see it in game. I am not doing any type of sex roleplay, the closest thing I did that could in any way be sexual is drawing crude stick figures as seen here in one of my depictions
That in my eyes should not even be a problem in the slightest. If I was linking hentai and porn I would agree, but the point of this was to get money ICly from these drawings from businesses.

Now, am I crude in game? Yes. I will continue to be, as It is how I interact with people. But I did not do sex rp lol.

One of the primary reasons some people don't want to see this is because a significant amount of the players are underage and the ones who aren't share the same opinion as you about it. There are other ways to be creative and have a bit humour in your RP than discussing the usage of sanitary items.

As for the NITRP and minge lables, they aren't just for people who only come with the intention to troll, they can be used to describe someones attitude towards it at that time. For example I could RP an OTA for 2 years straight and be the very best at it, but if I suddenly decided to shoot the CCA in the face for no good reason then I'm not there to roleplay at that time or if I'm a criminal and I develop my character for a long time with no issues then suddenly I end up being caught by a barnicle and am about to die and I DC to avoid having to deal with the consequences then I'm not there to roleplay, I'm there to get my own way and that is all.
