Ban birds from interfering with roleplay

Both donator whitelists seem to suffer from the same problem: shit roleplayers.
I wouldnt be surprised if some of those mingy birds also play as the talking headcrabs.

Nearly lost my flat cap by a bird stealing it haha, (funny when there isn't a lot of things to do) but i think the bird issue just needs to have a set of rules put onto them so they aren't seen as minging around most of the time.

Get rid of the bird's abilities to talk and restrict them a bit more. /me and looc should be fine and if a bird is being mingy just report them.

And yes most birds are mingy. Several times a bird has opened up the back hatch in Victory-5, flown in, opened the kitchen doors, and then flown around the shop disturbing stuff. This is pretty funny, but yeah, pretty immersion-breaking. Not going to mention that one time a bird came up to me and started speaking Italian.

Really birds should just be limited to English, and anything they say should be changed out to "Caw" or something to that nature. Though I don't agree with forbidding donators to use /mes for a faction they paid to play. As bad as it is, we shouldn't destroy an entire faction because a few decide to minge with it. I'm in support of removing the privilege of having the whitelist if they abuse it, though.

Solution.
Make Bird/ Headcrab faction an applicable process, or force donators whom has said whitelist, to do a test on their Roleplay abilities.

Headcrabs we can lock behind applications, that would be easy.

Birds we can't do so since well, it being a donator only perk makes it so that upper management does not want to put it behind an app. At most, we can add in new rules around birds and start punishing them one by one as they fuck up. We already banned some donators from the server as of late, so warning and banning a few more for behaving this way is not a problem.

But yes, birds we can check up on the RP quality of and just tell someone that they need to play properly as a bird or not play one at all.
