Report Title: Promoting Suicide

Hello,

I had a very brief and short encounter with someone via the local out-of-character chat. I was stood still on the roadside near this person which had just finished his RP encounter to the side of me with the combine. As he was finishing up to move onto another encounter he started to walk past me, took a brief stop to look at my description and proceeded to make a remark about it via LOOC.

"go die with that description"
"wtf"

I did not bother to reply to him as I took it straight to the administration department by typing in the @admin chat channel. I was then informed by a nice gentleman named Votton to make a forum post with his steam ID.

Evidence:

The evidence for this case has been posted below, I hope all this evidence is enough to fulfil all requirements for a ban request report. For further information, I have also included to the evidence, a picture of my character description of which I was requested to end my life with.

Picture 1: Shows the initial encounter.
Picture 2: Shows the area of encounter. (He moved away by the time I was taking pictures for evidence).
Picture 3: Shows the administrator chat.
Picture 4: My character description.

I appreciate your time to read my report,

Yours truly,

JollyRoger

Going to not ban this person, but instead, deliver a verbal-warning on behalf of myself. Apologies for this, we hope this doesn't happen again; anyways, finalised and moved.
