Traplayer's motivations for attacking Cyrus are... questionable at best and I can only go so far as to speculate just exactly what he's said and whether he roleplayed correctly in delivering the information as truth or whether he was lying to the the other Vortigaunts within his group in order to turn them against me. Resorting to violence when his certain death and the destruction of most of his resistance cell are at stake (with the other vortigaunts present retaliating and no doubt causing a massive battle. he failed to adequately assess the risks of such a course of action.
Furthermore, many times he communicated that I should follow the human members of his group and with the knowledge now that he intended to attack me, I would have been able to see definitively - as opposed to speculating on my and the other vortigaunt's part that he wanted to separate me so the human members of his group could kill me which would have caused the aforementioned brawl as stated above.
Killing 1 member of his group while tragic was simply motivated by Cyrus' good intentions. While disappointing, he could have at least understood Cyrus' perspective and more vigilance to communicate who was friend and foe could have been taken. though instead he's collaborated with his human allies to take Cyrus out. Now - make no mistake, a Vortigaunt can turn a blind eye to other Vortigaunts being killed by humans if their offenses are severe enough but they would be reluctant to do so and more importantly the other Vortigaunts would pick up on these intentions and he would have had his true motivations revealed especially in a situation as emotionally charged as the bunker. 1 isolated death caused by a lack of communication is hardly strong reasoning in my book.

Specific line in question:

Major flaws, I would have known he intended to do this before he did it, due to the vortal link between vortigaunts and I would know and the other vortigaunts present would know that he intended to attack me. By not conveying this information they were not able to roleplay correctly.
Though this violation of the faction ettiquette extends much further back than this. For some time ago, I killed Joku's character Jochi with NLR and then proceeded to tell Trapboi's vortigaunt about his death. Joku then used this information to demand his stuff back and even more importantly, Te'Dehaka endangered the life of another vortigaunt by spreading this information to the human group despite Cyrus' explicit warnings that is what would happen. Maybe, it was a poor judge of character - humans are hard to read after all but he must have deduced some anger among them and at the very minimum realized the danger he'd just put his kin in.
Trapboi already has plenty of OOC motivation to take me down as well but that's not relevant to this thread.
The group Bottlestreet Metagaming my base, through Arakses (Var'Nagh)
Unless Var'Nagh(The Vort in the kevlar pictured above) entered the base after the date of this communication (seen below, which he didn't) then his knowledge was voided by CM. The same will apply to Trapboi. The only two people with access to this base are myself and Fedora.
The Bottlestreet Summoning
When we was en-route to the bunker the person we was following stopped frequently to stand in place. This alone is not evidence however what does confirm there was OOC communication between the members was the fact that someone in LOOC mentioned something to the effect of "We are all in the bunker IC." Now, maybe that is true but everyone being summoned and gearing up for a fight with no prior interaction to the situation is shifty at best. The situation was isolated to 4 people and then esclated to at least 11 due to this OOC communication and this is the reasoning why everything kicked off. @Robusted Seb'ster can confirm this as he was with me.

As shown above they were all standing outside the entrance to my base and I fully acknowledge I ran to my base and entered and then proceeded to flag off. My reasoning for this was because I recieved communications from @Uranio telling me to flag back onto the character. You can view the steam messages below:
As has happened frequently in the past, The staff team have time and time again been unaware of my base and it has caused no end of trouble for me. Following on the examples in the past where events who's beginnings were started with dubious sources or events but then retro-actively validated by Community management preserving the event's history led me to believe the same would happen to my base if I complied. This is in addition to the previous communications I have had with robert voiding the knowledge of the base for everyone but myself and Fedora. I simply could not allow this to go ahead with them working off outdated info.
The situation already has it's dubious beginnings thanks to trapboi instigating the battle and my intention has been to mitigate OOC damage as much as possible. All IC matters can be roleplayed later IC. These events can even be executed at a later time if Community management deems it necessary but for the moment this IC matter has spiralled into an OOC one and it should be resolved before going forward.
Uranio may have made a valid point with these message that maybe they couldn't have got in anyway but I simply could not take that chance with the shaky validity of the situation. If we are moving forward on this we need to be certain of the facts and this situation needs to be resolved.
I'm sure more information will be added over the course of this thread but the information here is the core of the issue.
