Unknown from my understanding the individual in question has a history in regards to toxicity and metagaming behavior.

My character was located on the third floor of the slums on 05-12-2021 at around 19:45 GMT. Where I was waiting for the location of the market to be revealed/announced. At this time I was equipped with a gasmask and Blue jacket different clothing from what my character usually wears.
I was half AFK checking discord and watching YouTube until I heard footsteps. Another player entered a room and I approached him to see his description seeing if I met this person before. This individual results in being spooked and RP continues. (I don't know his name but know his description is of an Asian American with a SoCal (Southern Californian) accent It dies down and I go back into the corner of the room when suddenly Miguel Angel Antonio Serrano (Joku) walks up glancing towards me and him saying something and walking off again. (At this time I was equipped with a gasmask and different clothing from what I usually wear.)
At this time I didn't think anything of it until I go back to the surface and get caught by a camera a BOL was placed on me. I continued RP and talked with CP's and was interrogated. Here I figured out that I was reported for being with an armed Asian resistance member. I just continued my RP was left alone in the interrogation room for to long contacted staff was set free and told to void the capture. I then contacted staff to get more insight in regards to the way the BOL was placed on me and figured out which exact situation I was caught in as I remembered at every point I was masked up had different clothing. This made me believe that it was an Loyalist that had failed to RP to not recognize me and it was metagame. I contacted staff once again and the whole BOL was voided.
The next day I hopped back on and I already suspected who reported me to the CP's but I didn't want to make any false accusations. I eventually figured out the name and person who reported me it to be Joku. The same individual was asking how I was doing in RP and then walked over towards CP's clearly confused why I wasn't "dead" Recalling the entire situation I asked @Neonity what to do next he advised me to make a player report and here it is.
From a realistic standpoint he was not able to recognize me as I was wearing different clothes, was in darkly lit room and was wearing a gasmask not only obscuring my face but also my speech. In the short amount of time Joku saw my character he wouldn't be able to inspect me properly and RPed attempting to recognize me. dI don't want to make assumptions but the same individual in question was part of an small event where we played a game with a CCA official resulting in his character losing an eye. This might be a IC reason to have a hatred against me which I completely understand and accept although I do not appreciate any form of metagaming or OOC toxicity that was created trough RP.
