Ban/Warning Appeals
Welcome to the Appeals and Reports section of the forums, where you can find the formats and rules behind Ban Appeals. Any and all reports/appeals will be reviewed by our staff team here on the forums whenever they are available. Generally, you will find yourself using this section if you find your recent ban to be unfair, incorrect or simply carried out in the wrong way with a misunderstanding or something of the likes, you might also be here because you believe a player is breaking the rules, ruining roleplay for others or is generally being an uncooperative player. Ban Appeals are handled by the entire staff team. This means that every administrator can or will review your ban and discuss it among themselves, before giving their verdict on your appeal thread.
Please allow some time for this process to come to fruition, as people work various shifts and cannot always respond in quick time.

Ban/Warning Appeal Rules:
When creating a ban appeal, we ask that you follow a few simple rules before posting:
- Do not create an Appeal if you have already created one or have been denied.
- You may create another one for a different ban
- You can try appealing again after 1 month
- After making an Appeal, do not attempt to bother staff on discord or in-game to look at it. You may mention staff in the ban appeal thread if you haven't received a response for over a week.
- Clear evidence must be provided
- Do not give us edited/modified evidence
- Do not attempt to fake your evidence
- Lying on your appeal will not be appreciated, so avoid that at all costs.
- Be as respectful as possible when writing your appeal.
- You cannot appeal a warning if you know you broke the rules, i.e on the basis of it being an old warn, etc, if validly placed at the time they will not be removed.
- Permanent bans may not be appealed a second time unless there are changed circumstances or new evidence to bring forward. Any permanent bans prior to 21/01/2024 that have been unsuccessfully appealed will still be allowed to post a final appeal.

Reporting Rules:
When creating a player report, please try to stick to the following rules before posting:
- Do not create a report if you have already created one or have been denied
- You may create one if it is against different people or on the same people but a different reason/offence
- Be as respectful as possible to all those involved/in question
- Clear and unmodified evidence must be provided
- This can be in the form of logs, video or picture
- Do not edit the evidence, leave it as raw as possible
- Do not lie about the reasons, we will not tolerate any form of lying in a player report.
- Do not bring uninvolved witnesses into your report, they must have viewed the situation leading to this report or have gotten involved with the individual in question themselves at some point around the same time for a similar reason. (They would most likely create their own report though)
- If your report is linked with another, simply link it at the bottom of your report.
- After making a player report, you may not bother staff about reviewing it unless a week has passed without response, in which case you may mention staff in your player report thread.
That is all. Any and all those involved with these cases are free to reply to any and all of them, however, we ask everyone that they should not post on a report nor an appeal they are not involved with nor know little to nothing about. We only want those involved to reply and post as well as the staff investigating into such issues.
