I guess the cat is out of the bag.
For a couple years now (since its introduction), anytime someone drank bank soda their skills would randomly be decreased by like 0-3 skills. Just an inside joke behind the scenes for those who knew. Small enough to hardly noticed, and never guaranteed. Sadly we never implemented a counter because it'd be hilarious to see how many skill levels were lost by ppl drinking bank soda
