Banned for dropping garbage[FLERK]

I will make this short because I cannot find a format and the issue is really solvable, I have a few different characters I was using to see which alter ego I like best and which one I enjoy. I have been role playing and writing stories since I was young. I know that your entire map on gmod has limited map drops for the entire population. I was banned for dropping them out of my Inventory at Cole's on different characters, the stuff I have picked up but have no use of, not a stockpile or even an attempt to fill up the space full of scrap. I was being watched ever since I started a character that was heavily mutated by xen and a character I was going to immerse myself for others with but realized he didn't have a flashlight so I asked for one. The people who were following me ic and ooc had a problem with my description and an admin told me I had to have permission to have my description. So now I have to get permission to be unbanned because I was dropping my excess stuff off to others who could use it, but I know what I'm being accused of must have been a real tactic at one time because of the extra clothes Cole has had in their building before, always the starter clothes and yet all I dropped was stuff anyone could get, it's not special and it wasn't stockpiling. Hmu with your format and if you have questions I'll answer. I was here to roleplay and was trying to find a way to immerse the server from older experiences and different Imagination. When I was banned for this it only confirmed for me that there are people who represent this network but make it seem silly and just a rpg. Whoever banned me was whole hearted about it but I wonder why the focus was set on me just because I had a description that was heavy, if no one could amount to what I was immersing and creating then I do not want to comeback, your staff should understand real logic of how your server runs before they ban people for dropping entities they truly do not want or telling them they need authorization to display real ic status without offering the player/customer.

Why do you wish to be unbanned?: I wish to be unbanned to continue my immersion, to interact, immerse my main character with others to impact a different role that helps others realize the complexity of what being a rebel truly means, and how we should ICly work together, I want to be here because I am sure the entire community wants the half life universe to live on, I want to be here because I have very good memories about half life communities in my younger days, I'd like to see that I can still be allowed here because I don't play to win, this is the last old nostalgic game that I can enjoy, and until I was banned, Willard networks reminded me of a simpler time. I actually could get lost in the fun, I am dissapointed that I have been banned for something I wasn't intentionally doing, I always bring the other items to the shelter that I could not break down. I was basically only on my second character after I was told to get an authorization for my heavy description, followed ICly and OOCly so I switched off that character because I had not planned on trying to argue on how I was mutated by Xen to every person because I simply am not popular to begin with, I was fine with that so I just took a breath and made a brand new character that was an underground dweller who people would only rarely see or speak with because I had plans of just being the mystique who could be a good crafter and help others find fortune without having to skim around the underground and actually role play there. I knew my new character would just end the same in my eyes, a Xen mutated but without the old rebellious background as my other, so I thought well he's gonna be a heavy scavenger so all this stuff I can't break down but have a use of I will drop it in the shelter because it's so close to the entrance anyway, and they always grab it up quick like they can use it already, it would make my character seem helpful and hopefully gain allies or friends with the same interests of just helping the experts, I was seriously relaxed, feeling like I finally found my Zen in a new character that was more simpler, not tapping into hoarding for myself and so when I had enough xp levels I could just craft a ton of weapons then give them all out to anyone. I was designating my character through the map, these drops for this stuff are not set to be in a mirror world for each player, each drop on the map is strictly for everyone so all the entities in the radius of the shelter are short in distance, it did not matter that I had switched to another character, the city is riddled with garbage. I do feel like I was being targeted, maybe I should have used my first character as for what he was, Xen mutated and just attacked the shelter peer for following me OOCly and making reports on me to be taken more serious? I feel like that would have negated bullying me for just scavenging to build a skill and dropping the extra's for the people who can actually use it. During that time and day there was atleast four scavengers hitting all the loot back to back, in my experience I have seen and suspected players wasting characters as throw aways, leaving their starter inventory in the shelter, hiding them on the map and I knew it wasn't safe to do that even though we should be able to find more rare items rather than have to break down everything that is practically nothing and make insane technology coming from literal waste with no knowledge of how we are actually doing it, no one to authorize how this man knows how to be an engineer for weapons etc. I think it is okay how the server is ran, but I am simply pointing out the contradiction in my ban, the loot was not duped, it has nothing to do with me using two characters to drop loot. I do realize I accidentally ran into a fridge door I had left on the ground and tried to pick it up, no big deal I was simply going to bring it back to the shelter, yes I was dropping my extra loot in the shelter, I see nothing wrong with it and to be honest you can call my appeal confusing or disagree but this technicality of logic used on my ban has just sparked a personal feeling that I am underestimated as a player or customer, I was not looking for an exploit or helping OOCly. I know no one on this server, I have cloud bucket on my friends list from another server years ago but he doesnt even realize it or remember me so how was I breaking the rules? How was I gaining benefit? No one except the respected players OOCly and ICly that break down what is dropped there. I am a new player here and I do not respect being banned without any questions being asked, no one wanted to know more about my first characters Xen mutation, for some reason they sent a report, I ran into trouble when I came to the shelter OOCly after ICly asking for a flash light because he didnt have one so you can see why I kept being a scavenger on my new character, he had a flashlight to see, I was simply just starting over, maybe it is just confusing for myself to see why I was banned but maybe someone can persuade me otherwise or unban me and let me be happy and enjoy what is left for me in role playing, I wish to return to see that I dont have t roleplay modern times in all the popular places....

Hello.

I'll cut this brief, since I'm the banning admin. I will give my side of the story with the evidence that led to your ban.

First and foremost, the ban reason I gave you is a little off. Yes, you weren't technically transfering items between characters, though you made multiple variations of a character, one of whom had exclusive traits (hardene spore skin) that aren't allowed unless authorized through a formal staff review in a Character Authorization, though this is a topic for another time. Some of those kept supplying the shelter, which can technically (if you take it that far) count as Metagame as per the rules, since you're not allowed to partake in any RP objective or undertaking that has other characters involved at the same time.

Let's address the first red flag that I noticed when observing you, which is having multiple characters of similiarity.

I don't think this picture requires any further explanation. These characters are all just variations of the last, the only exception being Enoch Morrow, though even that character was used for the same things that I'm about to present further below. Here's the corresponding rule, by the way.

Let's start with your first character, Manike Simpsiano.

Here is what you dropped at the Homeless Shelter on this specific character.

Your next character Merlin Wiley wasn't used to drop items off at the shelter, at least I found no logs of such. Moving on to Wiley Manike.
On this character, you didn't do anything either, but checking the logs, I found something interesting:

You had another character called Michael Gale Morrow, who also supplied the shelter with items en mass. You also roleplayed in the shelter with him.

This was your first and primary character that you played with to supply the shelter, and also the one you RP'd on the most with everyone. When he died, you proceeded to make all the other characters above, including a couple more that you have since deleted.

But as you had no involvement with the shelter on those, they're not relevant to this appeal.

Last but not least, Enoch Morrow.

This one is probably the most obvious from them all. You didn't even let a day pass between these two characters, and already went on to supply them with-in almost the same hour with items. This right there is obvious metagame as per defined in our rules, and since I couldn't find any matching item IDs pertaining to you actively transfering anything, this including the breaking of the same character clause would be the more suitable reason for this ban.

Also keep in mind that this isn't even including your lack of interaction in the shelter. You'd just run in, drop off your items on your characters and leave again. I just couldn't be bothered also looking through those.

Right then because I am highly bi polar and picky on what stats I wanted, what age, loyalist or not, xen mutated or not, I will just not return since I have caused myself to look bad as a role player with you exploiting a silly presentation against me like I am not serious. What If I simply ignore people for a reason because I myself don't take all others serious when I was just scavenging, trying to get something on my own and not have to interact or be apart of the main clique that was already formed, sorry for trying to get back into this on your server, obviously won't be wanted here like I am somebody who is disrespectful to the server. This honestly isn't a reason that should make you stop playing the server. You broke rules, yes, but this is why you appeal bans so we can review it and come to a conclusion that'll benefit you. In this case, I would recommend you to familiarize yourself with our rules some more and understand that some special things like having a hardened skin through a spore infection requires authorization, as it could give you an unfair advantage over others in combat.

Willard is a serious RPG server. That means, we're an RPG with serious roleplay elements at its core. You're expected to roleplay a believable character; if you wish to provide for yourself without talking to others ICly, you're totally in your right to do that, nobody is going to force you to interact with others if this is how you wish your character to be played.

You're not being punished because you are unwanted, again, you are being punished because you broke rules. You re-did characters multiple times, just with a variation in name, and have them do the same things; which is supplying the Homeless Shelter.

If you can promise me that you will only stick to ONE character and read the rules so this doesn't happen again, I have nothing against your ban being lowered or even removed outright. This is ultimately up to @Maroon now.
