Believe (commonly known as the Club) is a foundation created by Vlada Cheremnykh, a devoted and trusted party member, working at the heart of the city. Our mission is simple: to uplift people, to offer guidance, and to illuminate the right path. No matter their origin, background, or standing. We exist to bring hope where it falters, direction where it is lost, and strength where it is needed most.

Believe welcomes everyone. Our doors are open to all. Biotics, members of Civil Protection, and citizens of every walk of life, including those from the Lower Class. ​

Life in the city can be harsh. To ease this burden and give people space to breathe, we organize poetry contests, nature walks, talent shows, and small gatherings to lift spirits and strengthen bonds.

Instead of being confined to the slums or drawn into armed dissident groups, people deserve a better path. We do not exclude the lower class—on the contrary, we encourage them to work for civil unions, helping them discover how their talents can serve a greater and more meaningful purpose.​
