Belmont seems to stand straight and with pride, his character almost radiating confidence wherever he goes. He takes good care of himself, but it seems the past has damaged him in regards to his aerobic capacity. He is a relatively fit individual, though he hasn't done any active exercise in years. He has the body type where he can do what he wants with his body, and not many repercussions become visible.
Personality:
Belmont has always been an extremely prideful & respectful individual. He is very outgoing & ready to get things done at a moment's notice. He has proper gentleman manners and does his best to treat those as kindly as possible. For being subject to a rough upbringing, Belmont seemed to come out as a fairly well-rounded individual who sees the brighter side of things. Little things tend to get on his nerves quite easily, but he doesn't get angry unless something is directly aimed at him or affects him. He reads others very well and takes everything into account when someone speaks to him. He is quite a nice fellow, but there is clearly a side to Belmont that he consistently hides from his peers and it shows with his almost exaggerated personality.
On almost a daily basis, the district tests Belmont's ability to stay composed & gentleman-like. At times, tragic events seem to really affect him for a considerable amount of time. Belmont does exceedingly well under pressure and his confidence radiates off his person. He is also a very defensive individual making sure that his belongings and those around him are safe at all times. He goes through great lengths to ensure not only his own protection but his colleague's protection as well. If necessary, Belmont is the type who'd take a bullet for someone he barely knows to ensure their safety.
Character Voice:
Belmont has a mildly rough voice, with the sound of cigarettes damaging his vocal cords being slightly audible. Other than that, Belmont's voice is noticeably deep. He speaks in a very concise & concerning tone in his regular day, but can very much speak a serious tone when business is at his doorstep.
History:
Belmont's childhood & adolescence have been somewhat of a nightmare to him. This rough upbringing has brought him up to be an extremely strong individual mentally & physically. He is very apprehensive to speak about his past, but enough prying will make him bark.
Belmont was subject to a variety of detriments during his youth. As a child, his mother was a drug addict & his father was an alcoholic, extremely abusive. He was the only one who worked in the household, so Belmont's father held a superiority complex over Belmont & his mother. He would beat Belmont for the most rudimentary things. Even though his mother was a functioning drug addict & alcoholic, she was the only one who showed Belmont compassion & kindness. She taught Belmont how to cook amongst other things and Belmont cared for her deeply.
Eventually, Belmont's father found another woman, and divorced Belmont's mother, leaving the two to fend for themselves. As a result, Belmont & his mother became homeless for about 6 months. Belmont was always a fairly muscular kid, so to gather an income, Belmont participated in underground street fights & boxing for a pot of winnings. Eventually, Belmont and his mother were off the streets with Belmont's fight money, and he was about to land a job as a bouncer & eventually a bartender job in several different bars across London. He eventually saved up enough income to put himself through a trade school, where he became an HVAC Mechanic. His mother has not changed since then, but Belmont took care of her as long as he could up until the 7-Hour War.
When they were relocated, both Belmont and his mother were sent to City 24. Years later, a firebombing took place in the City & they were forced to evacuate. Both Belmont & his mother were sent to City 6 temporarily, where they were eventually split up as Belmont was sent to District 47 in City 17 while his mother remained in City 6.
